Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your A-Audio product, you can return it for a full refund up to 30 days after you received your product. You can also exchange your product for any other A-Audio product up to 30 days after you have received your product. All returns and exchanges must include the product(s) in all of the original packaging with all of the accessories included.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:
The product was delivered within the last 30 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product is fully functional as received

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non refundable.Shipping and tax for all exchanges and returns are not covered by A-Audio Headphones Inc.
